[ Ron Joseph prior personal experience as Architectural Department Manager and Designated Corporate Architect with SSOE, Inc, Architects & Engineers

The highly specialized 240,000sq.ft.industrial building provides storage for numerous and diverse regulated (hazardous) materials. The steel frame building is designed to be capable of maintaining a 10 degree F. temperature throughout the building necessitating extraordinary foam insulated exterior walls, roof and foundations. The high hazard facility interiors consist of numerous 4-hour masonry-walled rooms with internal spillage floor gutters and on-site remote containment tanks. A more conventionally built office area is connected to the storage building.
