Iron Bridge Building I
Spokane, Washington

The initial multi-tenant office building in the Iron Bridge Office Campus is steel framed with large column-free bays appreciated by tenants.   The exterior walls are load bearing tilt-up concrete panels with inlaid brick and cast-in joints simulating cut limestone or precast concrete cladding.   The building addresses the street corner with a curved glass window wall.   The glazing is high performance green-tinted reflective insulated glass in green colored window framing.  The lobby is a two-story high space with marble tile flooring and additional marble on the walls.    The building won a national design award from the Tilt-up Concrete Association.
