Ron Joseph

"Ron is a great architect with the rare trait of understanding what elements make buildings functional and profitable for landlords.   I've worked with Ron on three office projects and appreciate how his designs make my job easier"

Iron Bridge Building II
Spokane, Washington

The 2-story, 60,000sq.ft.building was designed as a multi-tenant office building.  The steel framing provides 40 foot deep column-free lease space the length of the building.   The exteriors are tilt-up concrete with inlaid brick facing on the lower half of the facade.   Reflective green-tinted insulated glass is used for the various sized individual windows.   The wall area in the middle of the building has been clad with an expanse of window wall consisting of vision and non-vision (spandrel) glass (matching the reflective glass windows) surrounding the lobby entry.   The entry is protected  by a sky-lighted canopy and wind-break that are supported by a tilt-up concrete panel faced in inlaid brick.  The two-story lobby incorporates curved geometry in the plan layout and ceiling profile, and features marble floors, marble tile walls and glass railings.
