[ Ron Joseph prior personal experience as Architectural Department Manager and Designated Corporate Architect with SSOE, Inc., Architects & Engineers

The 390,000sq.ft. truck assembly plant was designed to roll out 31 trucks per day. The steel framed, metal and concrete exterior clad building consists of large, high bays for the assembly line, shops, rack areas, and paint booth. An office wing is clad in decorative precast concrete panels matching the PACCAR- Kenworth facility across the street. The site required extensive site remediation of hazardous materials from a former industrial use.
